Yunteng Zhikong Hernia Patch Punching Machine is specially designed for batch and precise hole drilling of medical hernia patches, serving as a professional-grade solution in the field of medical consumables processing. Equipped with an industrial-grade intelligent control system, the equipment is compatible with mainstream patch materials such as polypropylene and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), supporting custom hole drilling of multiple specifications with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. The holes feature smooth edges without burrs, completely avoiding the pain points of insufficient precision, low efficiency and consumable waste caused by manual hole drilling.
The hernia patch punching machine adopts a microcomputer numerical control system and a high-precision mechanical transmission structure, realizing precise regulation of multi-dimensional parameters:
Supports free adjustment of hole diameter in the range of 0.5-5mm with a processing error of ≤0.15mm. This feature effectively ensures the uniformity and consistency of patch hole drilling, accurately meeting the tissue compatibility requirements of implants while scientifically avoiding the risk of decreased structural strength of patches caused by inappropriate hole diameters.
